The story of the cartoon Smartphone listening in

The smartphone listening in cartoon deals with the question: Is it true that cell phones are listening to us?

If you want to find out for yourself, try the following:

When talking to friends, leave your smartphones on the table and talk about a topic that you have never been interested in (and probably never will be interested in again): a technical device, a sport, a fashion brand, an extremely unusual vacation destination, or something similar.

And then just wait and see if in the hours and days that follow, advertising on exactly the topic you talked about is shown on the websites you visit.

Many stories from friends & acquaintances have already confirmed to me that it works.

So let’s turn off our smart phones (or leave them at home in the first place – that way you also avoid tracking. And, tip: always lie down as far away from your body as possible to avoid cell phone radiation).

Long live digital surveillance!
